Discovered a little hitch in my cycling stroke this past month...I apparently toe-up with my left foot when working a hill, which strains my ankle, which straigns the rest of my left leg while doing everything else.  Resulted in a little bruising and an itty bitty maybe minor sprain.  I knocked out all lateral movement and fins work, and I've been icing, and monitoring, and being more cognizent of my form, particularly while climbing.  Since identifying the offending behaviour, I've already noticed improvement (i added latteral work and fins back in this week and felt no pain).

I am constantly motivated by all the hard work and progress made by my friends and training companions.  Rock on with your bad selves, people!
